The month of December will be a celebration of the festive season at Dinner. Through seasonal dishes and special events, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal will help to capture the nostalgia and traditions of Christmases past and strengthen connections between friends and family during this special time of the year. To take the pressure out of hosting these holidays, bookings for December and the festive season are now open.
Festive Friday Lunch
In December, Dinner will open for lunch on Fridays with an exclusive five-course menu inspired by the festive season. The menu will feature the Spiced Plum Meat Fruit (c. 13th- 15th century), a savoury chicken liver parfait encased in a plum and spiced wine jelly; Salmon Dressed in Champagne (c.1720) with roasted leeks, warrigal green and seaweed butter; and the decadent Festive Tipsy Cake (c.1810), freshly baked brioche with mincemeat, brandy, Sauternes, vanilla and cream. The exclusive Festive five-course menu is available every Friday from the 6th to 27th of December, for $200 per guest.
Private Dining Room
Ideal for corporate Christmas celebrations Dinner’s Private Dining Room is available for exclusive hire. Perfectly suited to business and celebratory gatherings, guests will receive complete privacy as well as the immersive restaurant experience Dinner is renowned for. For up to 12 guests starting from AU$180 per person.
Tuesday – Thursday (Private Lunch), AU$3,500 minimum spend plus 10% service fee.
Tuesday – Thursday (Dinner), AU$2,500 minimum spend plus 10% service fee.
Saturday – Sunday (Lunch), AU$2,500 minimum spend plus 10% service fee
Friday – Sunday (Dinner), AU$3,000 minimum spend plus 10% service fee.
Main Dining Room
Available for lunch or dinner, the partial or exclusive use of Dinner provides your guests with a unique experience tailored to meet their every need. The events team will ensure a flawless experience from the initial enquiry and throughout. They will assist with organising every necessary detail from personalised menus that boast dishes from the restaurant’s degustation menu inspired by historic recipes through to the beverage selection, table plans, place cards, table centrepieces and audio-visual equipment.
