Papa Dubai is the ingenious vision of serial entrepreneur Natalia Freys, a unique concept boasting nine themed bars and a soon-to-open Nikkei restaurant in one exquisitely designed space. Each bar is dedicated to a particular spirit, with its own distinctive look, atmosphere and charming bartenders ready to entice and delight with Papa’s signature cocktails.

The restaurant is helmed by Peruvian chef Emanuel Alvarado. The innovative menu draws inspiration from the Nikkei cuisine of the Japanese diaspora in Peru, as well as Chef Emanuel’s well-travelled career spanning South America, Europe, Asia and the UAE. Whilst the beautiful dishes sing on their own, guests should not miss out on the wine and sake pairings recommended by Papa’s sommeliers.
